A recent change at the top has seen Alexander Chadwick take over as managing partner from Paul Rawlinson, who has become chairman. Employees are happy with their pay and benefits (73%). There are plenty of opportunities for staff to have fun (79%) while keeping fit, including football, cricket and netball teams, a rugby sevens series and weekly yoga classes. People say the firm encourages charitable activities (88%), donating £105,000 to good causes last year, 40% from employees competing in runs, marathons and abseiling challenges.
