Fancy driving a steam train or swimming with dolphins? Then you might want to invest in a career with Brit Insurance Holdings, where staff are eligible for £500 towards an experience that would enhance their life. There are plenty of other reasons why employees like working for the firm, from the bonuses paid on passing exams to share options. The company earns an 80% positive score for really trying to help its employees. Last year, the London-based firm had a turnover of £1.2 billion, and posted more than £62m in pre-tax profits. It's no surprise that staff are excited about where the company is going (81%) and are proud to work here (80%). Employees say they feel they can make a valuable contribution to the organisation (78%), are confident about the ability of their workmates (79%) and that they are trusted by their managers (80%), the latter a top 40 score. If they do have a problem, they can raise it on the firm's intranet site where staff can leave comments, anonymously if they choose. Family-friendly policies include a range of flexible working options and generous maternity and paternity leave. Among other benefits are free private healthcare for staff and their families, childcare vouchers, free hot drinks and a wellness programme for employees over 40. There is also a noncontributory pension scheme. This firm, which sets aside up to £1m for charity a year, is low-risk when it comes to stress and gets an impressive 80% positive score for workers' health not suffering because of their job and for staff recommending it as a place to work.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
