TEAMWORK IS KEY at the British School of Osteopathy. Academic staff deliver lectures and tutorials and support workers enable them to meet the needs of students and patients. Staff at the school, in London, say working in their team is fun (83%), there is a strong sense of family (79%) and colleagues care about each other (85%). All three positive scores were in the top 10 for small organisations.
