The London-based consultancy helps businesses – and employees – to achieve more. To help citizens live well it improves and innovates systems, including government services. It also helps brands to grow their reputations. The focus is on doing the right thing – for clients, its people and the community. A second office is based in Boston, Massachussetts.
Sectors covered include business and technology, customer experience, data governance, digital adoption and operational efficiency. Clarasys delivers change in the smallest possible (most digestible) chunks through its Agile methodology. Clients range from Public Health England to the prisons' and probations service to private banking platforms.
Clarasys started out with the belief that there was a better way to do consulting that wasn't reliant on a number of senior people winning work – only for it to be actually done by everyone else. A quarterly bonus awards up to 1% of salary and 10% of all profits are shared among staff at the end of the financial year, based on years of service. Colleagues can also reward good work instantly by giving someone up to 100 points per month (equates to £20) on a platform called Kudos.
