Claremont Consulting prides itself on its people-centric culture.

The global recruitment agency’s three directors have made it their business to build a transparent, honest, and inclusive brand – and employees receive regular communications about where they stand in the company.

Founded in 2002 as a multi-sector, global recruitment agency, Claremont recruits from offices in London, Atlanta, Hong Kong, and Europe. It takes a proactive approach to recruitment, allowing it to stay on top of market developments. The firm’s objective is to adapt to change, meet its client's needs, and maintain its position as a growing company dedicated to providing a transparent recruitment experience.
