With a base in London and offices in Atlanta, Hong Kong and Europe, it finds talent for various sectors like HR, engineering, supply chain and IT – including businesses that need to scale quickly.

The company's leaders have "a firm commitment to 'do what's right' for employees and the business", with an 'open door' policy that makes time for employees and their ideas, taking an interest in their work, professional development and personal lives.
