CloserStill Media runs market leading business exhibitions in the healthcare and technology sectors. They run events in locations such as London, Paris, Berlin, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Singapore. Their portfolio includes some of the fastest growing and often award winning events. Their primary purpose is to have the best people running the best products, launching and growing events faster than any other major organiser and creating multiple opportunities for career advancement. The organisation understands that the wellbeing of employees is of great importance. They operate an open-door policy, where employees can talk to any manager about issues they may be experiencing in or out of work. Managers are encouraged to take employees offsite for lunch or even spa days if they sense people need dedicated time. A summer and Christmas party are organised each year in recognition of the hard work employees at CloserStill produce. Senior managers of teams are encouraged to plan innovative events off site with their teams for team building. They have previously taken a team to Berlin for a weekend, enjoyed a team spa day and a visit to an exhibition to celebrate the great success of their events,
