Having recently launched a dedicated wellbeing team, Daisy works hard to ensure that all employees are provided with ample supported when it comes to their physical and mental wellbeing. This year the wellbeing team introduced a number of initiatives for employees such as Let's Move in March, Financial Wellbeing Week, and dedicated wellbeing channels on Microsoft Teams.
The company then training the HR team as Mental Health First Aiders, supporting colleagues who may be struggling with their mental wellbeing. This qualification has enabled the organisation to roll out Mental Health Awareness training for line managers, so they can spot the signs and symptoms of those struggling within their teams.
As an independent provider, Daisy Comms works with all of the major telecommunications networks and suppliers, meaning it always gets the best deal in the market for its customers. It is part of the Daisy Group of companies.
Daisy recognises that the success of a business depends on its people. Embracing what is unique about individuals and drawing on their different perspectives and experiences adds value to the way they do business. They strive to create a productive environment which is representative of and responsive to different cultures and groups, where everyone is treated with fairness and respect and has an equal chance to succeed.
