Having recently launched a dedicated wellbeing team, Daisy works hard to ensure that all employees are provided with ample supported when it comes to their physical and mental wellbeing. This year the wellbeing team introduced a number of initiatives for employees such as Let's Move in March, Financial Wellbeing Week, and dedicated wellbeing channels on Microsoft Teams.

The company then training the HR team as Mental Health First Aiders, supporting colleagues who may be struggling with their mental wellbeing. This qualification has enabled the organisation to roll out Mental Health Awareness training for line managers, so they can spot the signs and symptoms of those struggling within their teams.

As an independent provider, Daisy Comms works with all of the major telecommunications networks and suppliers, meaning it always gets the best deal in the market for its customers. It is part of the Daisy Group of companies.

Daisy recognises that the success of a business depends on its people. Embracing what is unique about individuals and drawing on their different perspectives and experiences adds value to the way they do business. They strive to create a productive environment which is representative of and responsive to different cultures and groups, where everyone is treated with fairness and respect and has an equal chance to succeed.

Quote from the top...
As a company, we’ve always been committed to employee engagement but over the past couple of years we’ve taken huge strides to improve it and that’s been proven in our B-Heard scores. In 2019 we created our employee engagement team which is a group of employees from across the business who work to make Daisy Communications an even better place to work. During the COVID-19 pandemic and despite having our entire workforce working from home, we went from a 1-star to 2-star accreditation which was testament to our employee engagement efforts throughout the national lock-down. We’re always listening to our employees and are actively improving life at Daisy Communications to ensure every single one of our employees feels valued, appreciated and part of the Daisy Communications family. We want our people to be the best versions of themselves and if we can contribute to that during their time working with us, we're keen to ensure there are development opportunities for all and are committed to seeing our people continuously grow.
