The organisation holds a series of events throughout the week that employees can get involved in. These events have previously included mindfulness sessions, “walks and talks”, healthy breakfasts and smoothies, bike rides, book clubs, and celebrating each other through “Kind Mail”.
During Wellness Week, every employee is given a Wellness Day. This is a paid day off for employees to focus on their health and wellbeing, and not engage in work-related activities.
Eames Group also has several running and walking challenges throughout the year to encourage its employees to be active whilst also raising money for the organisation’s charity partner.
