Established in 1989, Elmwood Design are a brand design consultancy. Their work ranges from provocation and research and insight, through to design realisation and brand guardianship for FMCG, corporate, retail and challenger brands. With offices in Leeds, London and New York, the company basis its work around their three core principles: relationships; work that makes your socks go up and down; and effectiveness. Elmwood's mission is to deliver effectiveness, guaranteed across all areas of the business - whether that's internally in building a high performance team with a culture of collaboration and accountability, or externally in delivering a strong return on investment for clients. With creating a great place to work at the forefront of the company's work, in 2017 it dedicated a significant amount of time and money to devising an employee development programme that everyone can benefit from. Elmwood believe that that development is both for the heart and mind.
