"Having fun while providing a remarkable service for our clients" sums up Enfuse Group's approach to management consultancy.
The business and digital experts use hand-picked consultants to develop solutions that work for clients' particular challenges, from customer experience to process improvement. They ensure that solutions focus on people and technology for lasting impact.
With no physical office, the Group has only ever known hybrid working, so it's inventive in bringing people together. There are daily stand-ups for the team to share what went well the previous day and what they're looking forward to that day. And on Mondays and Fridays, people share something remarkable they have done or will do that week.
The team also has access to the network of WeWork co-working spaces to choose when, where and how often to meet colleagues. There are quarterly company-wide away days and a monthly 'Marks Day' (named after the director) where everyone is invited to the same hang-out to collaborate and meet socially.
And various employee benefits make Enfuse Group a "fun and exciting place to work." These include £40 a month for wellbeing-related spending, from a massage to new trainers. Employees often share what they've bought to inspire others.
There are monetary rewards too. People were paid 110 per cent of the bonus they were expecting, and all employees have received an additional £1000 on their salaries to help with the rising cost of bills.
I am paid fairly for the work I do relative to people in similar positions in similar organisations
Staff receive recognition in various ways, from the monthly 'Values Award' to the ad hoc £2000 'Be Truly Remarkable Prize' for somebody who encompasses all the Group's values and goes above and beyond. And the new 'Purple Cow Prize' rewards employees for thinking creatively to move the business forward or improve the workplace.
This job is good for my own personal growth
Every employee has a Career Manager to oversee their development. They also act as an internal ally. The Group gives everyone £500 a year for career development, and the newly-launched Enfuse Academy supports junior team members through structured learning. There are plans for a Management Academy too.
This organisation has a strong social conscience
Enfuse Group prides itself on being socially conscious, not least because it has no office! It's an Ecologi Climate Positive Workforce, helping plant over 3,500 trees. And each of the team can track and manage their carbon footprint through a specialised app, competing against each other to be Enfuse Green Warrior of the quarter.
