My work is an important part of my life

An example of this in Grainger is the emphasis they place on sharing skills internally. Grainger run regular ‘Lunch and Learn' events that are attended by staff from all thier offices and topics include 'Where the Economy Stands', 'the Private Rented Sector' and a topic focusing on a large-scale development project. Their internal staff have also run training sessions on topics such as 'Introduction to Finance' and 'Financial Modelling'.
