It also offers a £500 L&D budget to support this development time, which can be spent towards accreditations and events.
My organisation encourages charitable activities
It has set up a partnership with a charity called Concern Worldwide. Last April, it ran a step challenge to support the crisis in Ukraine and raised £740. It has been certified as 'Carbon Neutral' and achieved this by collecting data about its emissions from travel and how often teams commute into the office.
