TIPi Group is a digital marketing organisation and the brainchild of Ollie Bishop. The group’s flagship agency, ROAST, initially launched in 2015, but seven years later and TIPi Group has grown to three specialist digital agencies: ROAST, Kitty, and Rabbit & Pork.
All of TIPi Group’s agencies have unique specialisms but they share in one common culture, driven by the core values of Collaboration, Integrity, Purpose, and Restless Minds.
The organisation has a dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility committee that is divided into three pods: wellbeing, environment, and diversity and inclusivity, The Wellbeing Pod regularly hosts check-in breakfasts for everyone to get together and have a chat before the day kicks off. There is also a Wellness Station in the kitchen with healthy treats throughout the week.
TIPi Group has increased its breakfast and snack options for those who find paying London prices a stretch. It has made a big effort to ensure that the options that are provided are healthy and nutritious.
TIPi Group also promotes physical health by encouraging walking meetings, and for employees to join the numerous office sports teams such as softball, netball, and football – and the organisation is always seeking more opportunities to broaden this selection.
