Formed in April 2007, Melin Homes is a not-for-profit social landlord that provides a wide range of housing solutions and high-quality services to people in housing need. Managing almost 5,000 homes across South East Wales, the organisation aims to help people and communities to thrive.

The organisation has three different counselling services and offers staff virtual GP appointments, within 24 hours.

This is a scheme where staff can say thank you to other staff, with the receiving staff member choosing between chocolates, giving a charity donation or having trees planted in their name.
