Northern Monk is a Leeds-based brewing company that combines traditional monastic brewing heritage with a fresh, contemporary spirit. Founded in 2013 by Russell Bisset with a generous gift from his grandmother, the firm has grown exponentially. From brewing modest quantities in its early days, it now produces up to seven times more beer daily and has a workforce of around 140 across sites in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bradford and soon to be York!
