Following an initial questionnaire, a weekly wellbeing check-up takes place every Friday that measures happiness in the workplace. In addition, Operam also offers regular wellbeing guidance, access to wellbeing ambassadors, free eye tests and private health care as careers progress.

Employees are also encouraged to join together for fun virtual coffee meetings, away days and team dinners to celebrate milestones.

Operam strive to have paperless office and are developing a strategy to minimise its carbon footprint. The company advocate and support recycling, and have invested in two new offices with maximised energy efficiency.
