Operam Education Group is a forward-thinking company specialising in the acquisition and development of education recruitment agencies. Founded in 2017, its portfolio consists of four well-established brands – Provide Education, The Education Specialists, Teachers UK and Key Stage Teacher Supply. Each has served its region and specialist areas over decades, and together they are a leading force in the North.

“We get to know everyone we do business with, in order to understand their individual needs so we can deliver a bespoke service,” Operam says.

Giving back to local communities is at the heart of Operam. The organisation continues to support 'Success for All', a non-profit organisation that works with the most deprived areas of the country to address the academic attainment gap in education. CEO, Eddie Austin is also involved in the ‘Stepping into Business’ Programme whose vision is to empower children to succeed in the 21st century, brings learning alive by linking entrepreneurial and business skills to the school curriculum.

Friday Pulse, a wellbeing initiative, was introduced to support our colleagues’. Following an initial questionnaire, a weekly wellbeing check-up takes place every Friday that measures happiness in the workplace. In addition, Operam also offers regular wellbeing guidance, access to wellbeing ambassadors, free eye tests and private health care as careers progress.
