Thriving managed IT services provider OryxAlign's culture is driven by the diversity of its talented, cosmopolitan workforce.

From its launch in 2007, the company has strived to build a business that inspires its staff, creating policies and encouraging behaviours that are essential for career progression, professional fulfilment and personal wellbeing.

OryxAlign, which is based in London but has offices across Britain and in the Far East, plans, designs and enables the procurement, implementation, protection and management of a wide range of modern technologies.

Its five core values define what the company believes in. The first is "caring", which signifies that people are its most important asset and investment. "Supporting", which embodies the idea of "all for one OryxAlign", meaning teamwork is central to the pursuit of its vision, is the second. Next is "striving" in which excellent service is at the heart of the business ethos. The fourth value is "trusting", encompassing the belief that honesty and integrity are hallmarks of the company's business behaviour. Finally, "enjoying" promotes the idea of happiness as the company's underlying state in which its employees are the cornerstone of its success.
