The new list entry, based in Maidenhead, which offers regulatory-affairs support to the healthcare industry, runs an annual open-air rock concert to raise money for its own charity, and its 60 staff give it a top-nine score of 96% for promoting involvement in good causes. Chief executive Peter Griffin and his wife Una Loughrey, the company director, set up The Link Foundation in 2006 to improve the lives of children and their families in the Maidenhead community (79%).
