Profile Pensions give people impartial, expert and ongoing advice for their pension, from an initial no-obligation review right through to their retirement. Set up in 2013, Preston company Profile already have around 100 staff under Chief Executive Officer Jordan Mayo. The principle is a simple one: customers submit their details online, the firm sends them a form to complete and a pension advisor will be in touch to talk through comparisons. The firm finds missing pensions, too, on average worth £25,000. Their impartial advice maximises the value of pensions, reduces charges and provides access to cash when people need it. Profile look after their staff, too. Team of the Month get an early finish on Friday, £30 per head towards dinner and drinks and a paid activity. Employee of the Month receives £100 in vouchers of their choice. There's flexible working for all employees, a bonus scheme and time off to watch sporting events.
