The Regenda Group is amalgamation of organisations that specialise in the housing and regeneration industry, and that believe in helping others to access the support that they need.
The name Regenda is a combination of 'regeneration' and 'agenda', reflecting the group’s purpose to regenerate places and to create opportunities for people. Since the Group was formed in 2001, it has added to its portfolio by welcoming other organisations into the group to support this purpose.
The Regenda Group regenerate properties and areas, and work with people to create the opportunities they need to thrive.
Affordable housing is its primary objective, but it is a dynamic group of organisations doing very different things. The group works in places where it can make a difference and operate across the housing and construction sector, in care and support, and in education, training and careers.
Every organisation in the Group wants to do the right thing for the people, and the places in which they work. Its group structure allows it to treat people as individuals and support them in getting access to the support and services they need, whatever their stage of life.
Its employees channel incredible energy, talent, and commitment, working across all of the organisations. The diversity of the services The Regenda group offers, its culture of collaboration, high performance, and customer focus, and its fantastic people makes the group a positive place to work.
