Roffey Park Institute are a research and training organisation and charitable trust that deliver training and development programmes, organisation development, qualifications and research customised to the needs of their clients. Research projects continue to focus on the effects on people of change in organisational life and high performance in the workplace. Founded in 1946, their current research includes: the enlightened workplace; socially responsible leadership, complexity and learning in organisations, successful diversity and equality strategies and cross-cultural teams. By 2020, they aim to achieve recognition as one of the top leadership, HR and OD centres in Europe, Asia and Africa, and to achieve financial independence, where our revenues are in excess of 10 million. Part of their mission is to advance education by providing training and discussion courses in all or any aspects of the science of personnel management for managers, administrators and supervisors.
