Stanton House is a global provider of specialist recruitment, retained search, and workforce solutions within the Professional Services and Technology industries. Its primary objective is to match professionals to organisations across the globe.

As a recruitment firm, Stanton House have witnessed first-hand that professionals are increasingly making career decisions based upon the Purpose and the Values of prospective employers. As such, from inception, Stanton House have had a clear intent to differentiate its organisation through the quality of the customer experience it delivers.

Stanton House is on a mission to change the perception of the recruitment industry by treating candidates and clients the same, a distinct feature of its offering, challenging the flaw in the Recruitment Industry where employers are prioritised and potential employees are treated like a commodity.

This has become Stanton House’s purpose, and why it is obsessed with obtaining and measuring customer and employee feedback. As Stanton House says, "it isn’t about winning at all costs; it’s about doing the right thing".

This ethos is further evident through Stanton House’s policies towards their own employees. Stanton House believe in providing a flexible working environment, with staff able to have staggered start and finish times, and being able to work all over the world while travelling if they wish.

With the cost-of-living crisis, Stanton House increased all employee’s salaries by £1,500 in July 2022. This did not replace pay reviews or promotion related pay rises. They further increased every employee’s annual leave to 38 days.

In 2022, Stanton House raised over £20,000 through bake-offs, auctions, and physical challenges for Harry’s Hat. And it has raised over £67,500 for medical supplies and to help refugees escape the war in Ukraine, directly contributing to the evacuation of over 400 women and children.
