Chairman Steve Darsey is a son of the founder and his brothers Tony and David are joint managing directors. The 179 employees enjoy a strong sense of family too (a 76% positive score). Work includes asbestos removal and waste management, and the group does a lot to protect the environment (83%, a top 10 result). It had record turnover last year, partly because of its success in winning work at the London Olympic Park, but mployees say there isn't too much pressure to concentrate (76%) or to perform well (81%).
