This construction company might be strict about health and safety, but the atmosphere for staff is relaxed. The family feeling starts at the top in the Kent-based Erith Group. Chairman Steve Darsey is a son of the founder and his brothers Tony and David are joint managing directors. The 179 employees enjoy a strong sense of family too (a 76% positive score).
