The Royal Air Force Club provides high quality and affordable facilities and services in central London for club members, in order to preserve, promote and foster the traditions of the Royal Air Force. As a charity, The Royal Air Force Club's charitable aim is to continue to support the Royal Air Force by preserving and fostering the spirit and traditions of the RAF and all those who visit the Club, members and staff alike, experience a unique setting, impeccable service and the warmest of welcomes. The Club works hard to reward and recognise its staff of over 130 each and every day, and continually demonstrates an organisational commitment to staff welfare, wellbeing and development. With many staff serving over 10 years and more, and indeed some team members with over 20 and 30 years service, the Club can truly be considered one big family. Each year, the Club trustees choose to recognise all staff members with a Christmas payment, equivalent to three weeks additional pay. This is a reward for the outstanding service they offer to Club Members throughout the year. The Royal Air Force Club also recognises employees with annual awards during the staff Christmas lunch each year, recognising those who have gone above and beyond during the course of the year.
