At the7stars, careers are built in unconventional ways. The organisation creates, plans, and buys advertising campaigns on behalf of its clients, and can plan media across and channel including TV, Radio, Out of Home media, and all digital space.
The organisation has purposely built a culture that puts people before process and that celebrates individuality and demands personal responsibility. It is a firm believer in ‘the team is the purpose’ and its business strategy reflects this as it doesn’t just recruit the best people to deliver a great service and grow the business, but rather it strives to deliver a great service and grow the business so that it can recruit the best team.

Every Wednesday morning, the7stars has an all staff meeting chaired by the CEO. Furthermore, it has an annual Business Planning conference, held in a West End cinema and attended by the whole agency. The organisation created the7stars Foundation to support young people across the UK who faces challenges of abuse, addiction, homelessness, or are young carers. The foundation awards charitable grants across the programmes: project funding, the ‘Shine Bright’ programme, and individual grants. It has donated over one million pounds to the7stars Foundation.

When I set up the business in 2005 I wanted to create not just a successful agency, but a community where people were proud to work. I wanted the agency to be a business that developed people's careers in sometimes surprising ways, and one where teamwork was valued ahead of everything. Our reputation as a great employer is the single thing that I am most proud of over our 18-year history.
