Top Villas have an exquisite selection of curated villa rentals in a range of styles to give their guests an unforgettable trip. The team pride themselves on providing excellent service and putting the customer at the centre of everything.

Based at Bramling House, a country manor outside Canterbury in Kent, Top Villas' setting offers plenty of outdoor space for recreational activities. In the spring and summer, meetings take place in the grounds, so staff can get out in the fresh air and be in natural surroundings that inspire and encourage new ideas and creative thinking. They are allowed to bring their dogs to work, too, which is a great stress buster.

Top Villas is proud of creating an atmosphere and culture that fosters great working relationships and a keenness among staff to work to the best of their ability. The environment is lively and friendly. Staff come from a mixture of backgrounds and have a broad range of experience and interests. The culture fosters a creative buzz that comes from people being encouraged to pursue ambitions and take managed, creative risks.

There are also constant learning opportunities. Staff are encouraged to attend training courses and industry events to improve their knowledge and expertise and then to share what they have learnt with the wider team.
