Started in 1992 in a garage with 4 people, Totemic are debt management specialists with now over 600 dedicated employees spread across four sites. Customers at the heart of everything they do and over the years have not lost their family culture. Totemic want to be market leaders, improve peoples lives and be the best place to work. Their most effective method of supporting wellness is providing an employee assistance programme, the majority of the service is used to support mental wellbeing for employees.

During 2019 Totemic have provided more opportunities for employees to use their volunteer days, during the summer they carried out a holiday hunger initiative where they supported local free play schemes with healthy food for children, they served over 500 meals across a two week period, and intend to double this over the coming year.
