Trivallis are a housing association that provides good quality, suitable homes to more than 20,000 social housing tenants within the Rhondda Cynon Taff. They work to combat workplace stress in several ways, including offering 30 days annual leave to all staff, plus bank holidays; providing everyone with opportunity for decent rest breaks from work. They also offer flexible working practices, which includes working from home, enabling employees to balance work and home life. All managers receive stress management training, covering how to spot signs of strain in others, how to reduce and understand the impact of stress. Training for staff on stress awareness and resilience is also offered, which provides practical tools and tips on how to control anxiety, recognising the signs and ways of self help The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Ian Thomas who has over 28 years' experience operating in the health, social care, education and housing sectors.
