It follows that people say their team is fun to work with (86%) and that team-mates go out of their way to help them (80%). Drinks and birthday lunches help staff feel appreciated and they feel they make a valuable contribution to the success of the company (82%). Staff, whose benefits include a share of the profits, free healthcare and reduced gym membership, give chairman Neil Ewin, who set up Visualfiles almost 21 years ago, their support with an 82% positive score for doing a great job.
