Formed in 1980, AAT is the UK’s leading qualification and professional membership body for vocational accountants.

AAT has a social group, the "Social FunAATics" that arranges organisation-wide events across the year. These are both in-person and remote and have included activities such as quizzes, murder mysteries, and listening parties as well as bigger events such as end-of-year parties with dinner and entertainment.
I feel that my manager talks openly and honestly with me
In the last year, it has introduced a managers' development programme for all managers. This was delivered across six months in bitesize modules; these covered key topics such as managing teams, coaching conversations, and managing change. Key contemporary themes such as hybrid working and individuals' SDI profiles ran through each of the sessions.
This organisation has a strong social conscience
The organisation has a Head of Responsible Business, who is building a strategy against the UN's sustainable development goals. It is currently moving towards a paperless office and working with a consultant to achieve Net Zero by 2030. Additionally, 100% of its electricity is renewable.
