KEEPING US SAFE with criminal records, fingerprints and DNA is the aim of ACPO Criminal Records Office (ACRO). While they look after us, ACRO's staff feel looked after, too, scoring 74% for Wellbeing, fifth among small not-for-profit organisations. The unit in Fareham, Hampshire, has a team of 197 people, and employees say pressure does not affect concentration (79%, third) and they have time to complete their work (77%, fourth).
