ACT Training’s mission is to provide excellent training programmes and improve people's lives through learning.

Its founder, Andrew Cooksley, left school at 15 without qualifications. Passionate about empowering people of all ages and backgrounds to fulfil their career potential, he founded ACT Training in 1988. The business now employs over 330 people with a turnover of ~£32 million a year – and is Wales’s leading training provider.

The company proudly promotes its achievements as a leading employer, sharing positive stories about the work it does, how it makes a difference in people's lives, and the culture and benefits of working for the company.

The aim is to promote its services and showcase the wide range of training they offer, including youth training, apprenticeships, and adult employability courses. In addition, they also share the benefits of working at the company. Andrew is passionate about offering the best for ACT’s learners and being a brilliant place to work for its employees.
