Founded in 1993, Admiral Group is an international financial services group with customers in France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and the USA.

Headquartered in Wales, it is proud to be the country’s only FTSE 100 company. With over 11,000 colleagues who all strive to serve its 9 million customers in line with the organisation’s purpose to help more people to look after their future; always striving for better together.

The history of Admiral Group is one of growth, profitability, and innovation. Admiral launched in 1993 with just one brand, zero customers, and 57 members of staff.

It has grown from a small start-up to one of the largest car insurance providers in the UK, and now offers motor, household, van, pet, and travel insurance as well as personal loans, car finance, and legal services.

It strives to keep the culture of a much smaller company and is proud to have won several awards for being a great employer.

Its strategy is simple: Help more people to look after their future. Always striving for better together. The philosophy at Admiral Group is people who like what they do, do it better.

Both include access to specially trained menopause GPs along with varied benefits for each.
