A Premier League football club, Arsenal say they are here to make their millions of fans around the world proud of the club they support. Their core principles include: Be Together, Always Move Forward, and Act With Class. Arsenal's origins began humbly when a group of workers from the Woolwich Arsenal Armament Factory decided to form a football team. Before changing their name, the workers called their team ‘Dial Square' as a reference to the sundial that sat above the entrance to the factory. Staff members are offered private medical insurance, and have access to an employee assistance programme (EAP). Every year they offer flu inoculations and a bi-annual health check. They also encourage their employees to give blood and host a service at the Emirates Stadium to facilitate this.
