The Peterborough-based housing association, which has 266 employees, provides accommodation and housing services to more than 5,500 people in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. The operation is run on strong values (a 74% positive score), staff believe. Chief executive Alan Lewin meets every new recruit to present them with his vision for the organisation.
