Established in 1988 by founder and chief executive, Paul Ross, Barker Ross has grown into one of the largest independent multi-sector recruiters in the country. They pride themselves on investing in their staff as they know recruitment is simply a people business and if their people are good, then their business thrives. An independently owned company, the founder, still runs the business today.
