Baylis are a Vauxhall-franchised retailer selling new and used vehicles. They also have extensive mechanical, service and accident repair facilities. Some of the Baylis dealerships have been around in one form or another since the early part of the 20th century and now sell Vauxhall new cars and vans and also used cars throughout Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

At the heart of the organisation is a set of four core principles to which they can proudly say are followed daily by each and every employee. Their principles are: Honesty; Positive Attitude; Commitment; Excellence and Resilience.

Baylis firmly believe that the success of the organisation can largely be attributed to the hard work of their employees. To ensure that their people are recognised, Baylis have a scheme called 'Champagne Moments' where team members are rewarded for going the extra mile with customers or colleagues. A presentation is made by the CEO to the individual to ensure that this does not go unrecognised.

Many staff have worked at Baylis for over ten years - the longest serving is 75 years! This, the company says, is a testament to the excellent working relationship that the employees have with each other and the management team.
