Staff at the Cardiff-based company, which makes personal combat and survival equipment, give the firm a score of 82% for work not interfering with responsibilities at home, ranking it second on our list, and 76% for not having to work all hours. One in four workers have been with the company for at least 10 years — no wonder they feel their job is secure (87%).
