Believe Academy Trust are a multi-academy trust with the objective of raising education achievement for children by providing a first-class education that will inspire, motivate, challenge and unlock potential. Southwark Primary School was the founding academy in the trust, merging with Arnbrook Primary School in 2014. Today, there are three academies with the same goal to achieve more by recognising and harnessing the power of individuals while working as a collective. The trust is also committed to building an inspiring place to work that is accountable to its employees and provides generous career opportunities. They have a strong foundation in terms of the structure and substance of its professional development programmes. Believe's model provides theoretical foundation to produce the “thinking employee” while concurrently having strong partnerships and realities of professionalism in employee development. They are based in Nottingham and funded by the state to educate primary age children (3-11 year olds). The Chief Executive Officer is Graham Boyd.
