At Beloved Homecare employees are much more than just a payroll number, instead they are seen and treated as an extension of the family that founded the Greater Manchester-based organisation.
Established in 2015 by Mark Collier after a poor experience with a care provider looking after his mother, the business was set up with the sole aim of becoming the best provider of care in the Borough of Trafford.
The family values run through Beloved Homecare, with a support network for staff extending to the provision of a24-hour on-call service from the management team to ensure individuals feel well looked after whilst working independently.
Beloved Homecare prides itself on the quality of its service in helping their elderly clients to maintain the independence, whilst giving family members peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for. The company and its employees have received regular public praise for the excellent service they provide and is proud to be rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
