Brainlabs are both a full service agency managing search, social and programmatic advertising for their clients along with analytics and CRO services. They are also a technology provider, licensing it's software stack to in-house advertising teams. They deliver these services globally, from offices in London and Austin. Brainlabs is entirely focused on company culture and they use that as an incentive to get the best out of employees. The company firmly believe that 'Happy employees are productive employees', which is why they invest so much in that particular area. Their value 'Collaborate, Don't Compete' encapsulates this idea.
