Set up in 2015 with just 30 employees, now more than 160, its founders created efficient and affordable software to help customers use the hours previously spent on HR tasks more effectively.

Adaptable and agile, the company prides itself on supporting the small firms that are the “backbone” of the economy and reacted to the changing circumstances of the pandemic with a new set of tools for requirements such as navigating furlough and simplifying redundancy.

On Mondays, a spokesperson lets the wider group know what they will be working on during the following week; on Fridays there is a group debrief.
