Bugler are a property development company comprised of three specialist divisions -Bugler Land, Bugler Developments and Bugler Homes - with an integrated offering that spans land acquisition, construction, developments, sales and aftercare. Established in 2001, the company now spans over a whopping 22 locations around the UK. In 2016, the company went through a rebrand process, staff were included in the process through interviews and anonymous feedback. One key action following their feedback was to create high quality branded clothing for staff, this has been implemented with great success. All staff appraisals have a section where they are asked to provide examples of their performance that relates to the Company Values. Staff have a guide based on the ‘Values' workshop to remind them how they might live the values.

Bugler have helped the Peace Hospice throughout the year through fundraising activities. Staff have volunteered to participate in a 5K obstacle run, abseiling down one of Watford's highest buildings and a charity golf day.
