Coffee roulette is played once a quarter, by staff at Capsticks Solicitors. Team members from all of the firm’s offices are invited to take a virtual coffee break and are put, randomly, into break-out rooms. It gives them the chance to have a chat with people they may not ordinarily speak to or meet.
Capsticks, which is based in London but has offices in Birmingham, Chorley, Leeds and Winchester, aims to be the firm of choice for organisations that work to make a difference. Its purpose is to deliver results that matter, putting people first, doing the right thing and being forward-thinking.
The firm has 40 years of experience and works in the areas of health or social care, social housing, emergency services and education.
Clients include NHS trusts and the Metropolitan Police. It also represents professional regulators such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Social Work England, the General Dental Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Teaching Regulation Agency,
Capsticks lawyers work as one team and share ideas so that clients get the help they need quickly. They are constantly challenging themselves or learning from mistakes, striving to do the right thing for their clients.
Like the organisations they represent, they are committed to making a positive impact on people's lives, and the work they do means just that, speaking up for fairness and inclusion and treating all clients, employees and stakeholders with kindness and respect.
