When some colleagues reported they were finding it hard to “switch off” while working from home, Cardlytics quickly took action to help. The data-driven marketing technology firm made everyone block out an hour in their diary to ensure they were stepping away from their laptops. Senior leaders also introduced No-meeting Wednesday to combat Zoom fatigue.

The team of about 60 people in London is part of a global operation which includes 400 people in India and around America, running an advertising platform in banks' digital channels and analysing the results. Many recruits have found the opportunity to work abroad for six months of the year an enticing prospect, as well as a flexible and social workplace culture.

Cardlytics helps brands to drive sales, using its insights into the spending habits of 163 million bank customers. Employees have been offered constant support, communication, encouragement and flexibility throughout a difficult year. Colleagues were surveyed on what they wanted more of – or less of – in terms of wellbeing, and senior leaders tailored their approach accordingly.

People stayed connected across departments through a variety of lunch-and-learn classes, clubs, panel discussions and quizzes. What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
