CCS Media is a technology products and solutions reseller with over 37 years of experience across the UK and beyond. Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, it delivers first-class IT solutions to organisations of every kind through its network of 15 offices and via its warehouse and logistics configuration centres.

The 500-plus employees at CCS work with 2,000-plus manufacturer partners and sell more than 1.3m products to 12,000 customers. Recognised in the Sunday Times FastTrack 250 as one of the UK's fastest growing companies, in 2019 the agency achieved revenues in excess of £242m.

By nature of its technological business, CCS Media actively participates in a circular economy that aims at eradicating environmental waste – something it promotes to its client base.

Initiatives to drive automation have the intention of eliminating the printing of documents in certain departments by 2022. By the end of 2021 CCS will contract with renewable gas and electricity suppliers at its headquarters. A plastic-free pledge is already in place, and 75% of the company fleet is made up of electric/hybrid vehicles.

Employees are encouraged to take the raw materials at their disposal – operational capability, finance, technology knowledge, and customer context – to shape the best possible outcome for every project. CCS invested more than £1m in new technology to support an agile working policy for work/life balance as part of its sustainability and environmental strategy 12 months prior to any lockdown.
