CDUK is a family business founded by Geoff Baker and Toni Hilbert in 1979. Built on a strong foundation of distribution, it now offers a range of services and products from a number of leading brands to the specification market, including architects, interior designers, kitchen designers, fabricators, and contractors.

The organisation works closely with their customers, supporting them through their journey as a design partner; sourcing the best products and materials and helping them unlock their full potential through expert industry advice and technical knowledge.

Based in Leeds, CDUK has 40+ employees and is founded on a strong set of core values. Committed to hard work, being a great place to work, and being a responsible employer.

CDUK has three very proactive committees: the Environmental Impact Team - with a target to reduce their carbon footprint by 10% each year; the Charities Committee - with a target to raise £10,000 a year for a local charity and deliver 30 volunteering days; and a Health and Safety Committee - which includes reactive and proactive support for mental health and wellbeing through Mental Health First Aiders.

All staff have the opportunity to be involved and to make an active contribution to these committees. CDUK acknowledge there are still areas for improvement and are constantly looking to evolve and grow as a company.
