Specialist digital strategists Clicky Media consists of an award-winning, 50-strong team of digital marketing, design and development experts. The company provides bespoke solutions in an ever-evolving visual and mobile web to a wide range of organisations such as the NHS, Manchester City Council, Halton Housing, Little Mistress, the Animal Trust and Elegant Resorts.

Clicky has a reputation for creating unique and tailored strategies that transform brands, exceed expectations and deliver results across the metrics that matter. It is a Google Premier Partner and this is the first time it has partnered with Best Companies to Work For, with the aim of continual improvement.

Proud to work with ambitious brands on performance-focused digital growth, Clicky says it has ambitiously high expectations for itself and the results it delivers. It claims to do “more than any other agency for less, and that has led to retaining clients long-term and building lasting relationships”.

From small beginnings 50 people now work in Chester, London, Brighton, Bath and Nottingham – with plans to expand internationally. Clicky's new headquarters in Chester have been designed for collaboration, with dedicated space for user testing, a green room for webinars, and large open, airy space with touch-free access.

With several members of the leadership team having people development backgrounds, the company has a culture of learning and support for career progression. It has introduced new benefits that consider the whole person – from health and wellbeing to finance planning, and from cutting-edge equipment to time off to support charitable causes.
