Its strong sense of teamwork is reflected in a positive score of 88% for survey questions on My Team. Staff at CloudSense care for each other (91%) and go out of their way to help (89%), whether at their desks or pitching in for a day's charity work. Colleagues competed to submit the best social enterprise idea last year and the winner flew to the world's largest cloud computing conference in San Francisco. Staff say they are not sitting on skills that the firm ignores (67%). The firm is paying for a high proportion of staff – 44 out of 54 – to achieve work-related qualifications. Job experience here is valuable for the future (90%). The firm has more than doubled from just 21 employees last year and there is an incentive to stay, with a bonus of 10% if the company meets its targets. Everyone is given a laptop and mobile phone.
