CEO Ade Cheatham recorded video messages to both inform and uplift and he, together with CPO April Bembridge, personally contacted anyone on furlough to check how they were doing.
Surveys asked employees for feedback on how supported they felt and whether they had the tools needed to operate from home. A dedicated forum helped families to not feel alone with the stress of home schooling. The company even organised online events for kids to allow parents a little breather – whether to focus on work or just take some downtime.
